Rönesans Holding aims to complete Financial Closing of Kokshetau Hospital in 2023

Rönesans Holding, which operates directly in 30 countries including the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Central Asian countries and the Caribbean, maintains its leadership among Turkish companies in the "World's Top 250 International Contractors" 2023 list of ENR, the most established and respected evaluation of the world construction industry. The holding is preparing to add Kazakhstan to the countries it invests in. Rönesans Holding aims to complete the 'Financial Closing' of Kokshetau Hospital this year by completing the processes carried out with the bank group, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, for the first hospital of Kazakhstan to be built with the PPP model.

Rönesans Holding, which is a leader in the field of healthcare with a total of six projects with a construction area of 3.2 million square meters and 9.000 beds, which it has implemented in Türkiye, has reached the end of the project development phase for the first hospital to be implemented with the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model in Kazakhstan. The hospital with the same name will be built on a total land of 170.000 square meters in Kokshetau city of Kazakhstan, which supports the construction of new hospitals in order to improve health services. The hospital, which is planned to have a closed area of 111.000 square meters, will have a capacity of 630 beds. Kokshetau Hospital, which will offer outpatient treatment to 500 patients daily, will provide permanent employment to 2.500 people.
