A GOOD NEIGHBOR

The Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (IKSV) has transformed the 15th Istanbul biennial, “a good neighbor”, into a digital experience. The 2017 biennial, focusing on the concept of neighbors and questioning the validity of being a good neighbor, is now available for those who missed it.
