BERGAMA STEREOTIP
Turkey-based open art space Arter hosts the international artist Cevdet Erek’s multi-experience work Bergama Stereotip. Erek’s architectural construction with 13-channel sound is a commentary on the Great Altar of Pergamon, an open-air monument, presumably built following the victory of the Pergamon Empire over the Galatians as a place where sacrificial ceremonies were held.
The exhibition is available at Arter from Tuesday to Sunday between 11 am – 17 pm.
