MODANISA INCREASES EXPORTS BY 20 PERCENT
Berat Albayrak, Minister of Treasury and Finance: “We expect banking to be more coherent with the improved targets. I expect you to act with a national conscience.”
Despite the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, Turkish clothing company Modanisa managed exports totaling $33 million, according to Kerim Ture, CE• of the company. Making exports to 140 countries pre-pandemic, the company’s general export numbers are 20 percent above this number, he said. Although Modanisa faced issues in logistics during the pandemic, the company provided quick solutions with the help of government guidance. It became harder to deliver products and pass them through customs due to travel bans, Ture added.
