IMIB’s route to alternative markets

Sectoral trade committees were organized in November and October for South Korea and Australia.

Istanbul Mineral Exporters’ Association (IMIB), keeps working to strengthen the brand Turkish Stones and boosting alternative markets. In this regard, two sectoral trade committees were organized in October and November. The first destination of the committee, in which seventeen companies participated, was Korea. Visiting importer companies and making new contacts, the committee made private contacts with local firms as well. In the committee for Australia in November, fifteen companies participated. Australian importer companies were visited, while private meetings were organized in Melbourne and Sydney.
