Zimek Machinery has already filled its six-months sales capacity

Zimek Machinery producing machineries related to all the processes of marble blocks becoming tiles, has already filled the capacity of the first half of this year with the received orders. The company aims to increase its turnover by 25 percent this year. Stating that they export to 16 countries, primarily Middle eastern countries, said: “Our turnover increases every year in parallel to our sales. We have a strong marketing team. We do not face with any market problems. Therefore, we will continue to reply to the needs of our current markets. We have already filled the capacity of the first six months with the received orders”.

Saying that they had stepped into the machinery sector in 1995 with a small workshop named Sarıoğulları Mehmet Sarı told they had worked on textile machinery in the first years. Reminding that the textile sector lost its previous power in Denizli coming to the 2000s with the effect of local and global crisis, Sarı said: “We had to liquidate our company. Natural stone sector started to grow and develop rapidly in the same period. And so, we founded Zimek and started the production of marble and travertine process machinery”. Explaining that their production, which started with sizing machinery, grew rapidly, and became diverse, Sarı stated: “We produce machines for all the processes of a block marble becoming a tile, from polishing to multiple cut machines, from blasting and splitting machines to selection machines”.

“Preparations have started to expand the plant”

Emphasizing that the production is made in the plants established on an area of 10 thousand square meters, 7 thousand 500 of which is covered, in Denizli, Sarı said: “We produce with the state of the art machines here. CNC machines we use in the production are unique in Denizli. This year, we have started the preparations for expansion of the current plant. We are constructing an administrative building of 2 thousand square meters with the Seljukian architecture. We will add our current administration area to the production area. We will expand the space for the materials and increase the number of the personnel in this manner”.

Stating that their work philosophy is always based on the question ‘How can I do better?”, Sarı told: “This is the why Zimek has grown so rapidly. We produce quality machines and prioritize the customer satisfaction. And this is reflected to our sales. We have our machine wherever there is marble. Manufacturers of marble and travertine working on plates and polishing, use our products”.
