Always prepared using the freshest, highestqua­lity ingredient­s, inflight meals may include a hot or cold breakfast and/or a hot or cold lunch/dinner, depending on the departure time and duration of your flight. Our onboard menus are created from Turkish and world cuisines. We make a point of offering Turkish cuisine, one of the richest cuisines in the world, including such dishes as shish kebab, karnıyarık (whole slashed eggplant with minced meat filling), mantı (Turkish-style ravioli) and imam bayıldı (a cold eggplant dish cooked in olive oil).

Additional­ly, should our passengers request special meals on all flights except domestic flights, they will be served menus suiting personal medical, dietary or religious requiremen­ts.

Our special meal options are defined based on IATA Special Meal Guidelines which are universall­y determined for all IATA-member airlines.

Special meal requests must be made during booking or at least 24 hours in advance of your flight.

Passengers who are allergic to nuts should inform us of their allergy and attach a doctor’s report when requesting a special meal.
