Lost or Damaged Baggage

If your baggage does not arrive at your destinatio­n or is clearly damaged, apply to the Lost and Found Office before leaving the airport.

For damage that only becomes apparent later, contact the airline in question within seven days of your travel date.

Unclaimed items left at Turkish Airlines’ CIP lounges and on an aircraft are recorded and stored. To inquire after lost items, you can fill an applicatio­n.
