Are you ready for a pleasant flight with your baby?
We are very happy to welcome you and the youngest member of your family on board. To have a more comfortable and peaceful travel experience, we are here for you whenever you need us. We would like to share with you some practical information you may need during your journey.
Safety
Your safety is very important to us. An infant safety belt will be offered to you by our cabin crew. You can ask for their help regarding the use of the belt.
Comfort
Babies are most affected by the pressure changes during takeoff and landing. Babies frequently cry loudly in these instances. You can breastfeed your baby, offer your baby water from a feeding bottle, or use the baby's pacifier to prevent painful ear pressure.
If your baby remains restless and cries, you can divert its attention to other things, give the baby a tour inside the cabin when it is convenient, or ask the cabin crew for help. Remaining calm will also put your baby at ease.
Nutrition
You can carry liquid or solid baby food with you in containers with a maximum capacity of 100 ml, and request warm/hot water from our cabin crew to prepare your baby's food. Avoid preparing baby food while your baby is on your lap, if possible.
Our aircraft also includes supplementary foods for your baby, which you can request from our cabin crew.
Due to the possible abrupt movements of the aircraft and the confined space, we request that you avoid drinking hot drinks with your baby on your lap.
Hygiene
We recommend that you wash your hands frequently, and keep hand sanitizer or wet wipes with you.
Several of our aircrafts' lavatories contain diaper changing areas. You can get information on these areas from our cabin crew. If you need a diaper, you can request one from our cabin crew. You can throw the used diapers into the trash can available in the lavatories.
While Disembarking
Waiting for the other passengers to disembark first will enable you to pack your belongings more comfortably.
Please remember after the flight to claim the stroller you checked in.
For your next flight
For your baby's comfort, we recommend you have a spare set of garments with you to regulate your baby's body temperature. The aircraft temperature may be low for your baby.
Your baby might suffer from nasal congestion during the flight. Please remember to carry with you a nasal drop of 100 ml or less, or a nasal aspirator for your baby.
If your baby uses any medications, please keep them with you together with the relevant medical report.
We wish you a pleasant flight.
