HOSTS IMPORTANT MEETING OF CATERPILLAR

The meeting that hosted the leading names of Caterpillar global management along with the customers was very succesfull. Win in AME Council Meeting which gathers Africa and Middle East Region (AME) representatives of Caterpillar, the world’s leading brand of Construction Machinery with the customers, was hosted by Borusan Cat in İstanbul.

Caterpillar’s Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan Russia and the Far East representative Borusan Cat hosted an important meeting of the global giant. In Win in AME Council ’meeting, which brought together the representatives of Caterpillar’s Africa and Middle East Region (AME) and customers, was held in Istanbul on June 24-26.

Nigel Lewis the Vice President in charge of the representatives in Europe Africa and the Middle East, Rob Hoenes the Vice President for Underground Mining and Pablo Koziner, Vice President for Energy and Power Systems attended the meeting. Besides the Caterpillar senior management, owners and the senior executives of 10 different Europe and the Middle East CAT representative companies participated in the meeting along with large-scale customers from Turkey and the region have taken part in the meeting.

At the meeting, Caterpillar representatives introduced themselves and their service capacities in the meeting, which aimed to enable customers and representatives to get to know each other better and to give information about their projects and expectations in Africa and Middle East Region.

Participants also visited the Borusan Contemporary Museum, which serves art lovers at the Borusan Holding’s headquarters in Rumelihisarı, and attended the cocktail held there.
