Kyrgyzstan’s GDP exceeded 1 trillion soms
Aklikbek Caparov, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan stated that the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) exceeded 1 trillion soms (11 billion 235 million US dollars). Caparov also said that in the 11 months of this year, GDP amounted to 1 trillion 72.6 billion soms and the national budget exceeded 6 billion 404 million dollars. Caparov emphasized that Kyrgyzstan is on the path of development and that there is unity, prosperity, knowledge and strong political will.
Aklikbek Caparov, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan stated that the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) exceeded 1 trillion soms (11 billion 235 million US dollars).
Caparov spoke at the ceremony of presenting the certificates of honor and gratitude given on behalf of the President of the Council of Ministers.
Stating that the GDP was 1 trillion 72.6 billion soms in the 11 months of this year, Caparov stated that the national budget exceeded 6 billion 404 million dollars.
Caparov said, “We have built and are opening hundreds of schools in the past 2.5 years. I attended the opening of 2 schools the other day. According to the State Construction Committee, 128 schools will be opened this year. 110 of them are new school buildings.”
Stating that reputable international financial institutions have made good evaluations of the Kyrgyz economy, Caparov said, “Our present, our future and the future of our children depend on the labor and contribution of every worker, teacher, doctor, builder and energy worker. We have entered the path of development. Our unity, prosperity, knowledge and strong political will there is.”
