Sporty stays at Marriott Al Forsan

IT WASN’T THAT LONG AGO that Marriott loyalists were bereft of options in Abu Dhabi – and now they can choose from two hotels. The 400-room Marriott Hotel Al Forsan, opening this month, features Deluxe, Superior, Executive Room, Premium King, one-bedroom Junior Suites and Executive Suites categories and follows the launch of Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi in September.

F&B includes Khayal (all day dining), The Grill, Couture Lounge, Splash Poolside bar, Lobby Lounge and Appaloosa bar and guests can unwind in the Saray Spa. Sports facilities at Al Forsan International Sports Resort encompass an equestrian centre and polo field, a waterski and wakeboarding lake and two indoor paintballing areas. It marks the fifth Marriott International property in the city (alongside Marriott Executive Apartments, Courtyard Marriott World Trade Center and Ritz-Carlton Grand Canal).
