IAG to launch Level LCC

INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES GROUP’S new low-cost long-haul carrier, Level, will launch this summer.

Twice-weekly flights from Barcelona to Los Angeles will start on June 1, threetimes weekly services to San Francisco Oakland will launch the following day, twice-weekly flights to Punta Cana will begin June 10, and three-times weekly services to Buenos Aires will take off on June 17. The carrier will operate two A330 aircraft in its own livery, with the aircraft fitted with 293 economy and 21 premium economy seats. Initially flights will be operated by Iberia crew and in-flight wifi prices will be available. Fares are priced from $149 one way.
