MGM to make regional debut in Dubai

BOTH CITIES ARE no strangers to large hotels and bending fountains – and now commercial links between Dubai and Las Vegas have been bolstered with MGM Hospitality set to operate an integrated resort comprising a hotel, residences and Bellagio hotel on Jumeirah beach. The 26-acre development will contain 1,000 rooms but only 10 villas, along with a theatre, range of gourmet and casual dining outlets, shops, traditional and interactive museums, beach club and adventure zones for adults and children. The deal was signed with Dubai’s wasl Asset Management Group.
