Movenpick launches sleep category

-

MOVENPICK HOTELS HAS introduced a ‘sleep individually different’ room category which aims to provide guests with a deep sleep. Rooms are priced ¤ 15 more than standard rooms and include amenities such as sleeping masks, ear plugs, lavender pads and black-out stickers that cover lights on electronic devices as well as herbal teas and Movenpick chocolate.

They are located in quiet areas of the hotel and kitted out with night curtains for total darkness and “special high quality natural bedding”.

The category is being launched in Switzerland, Germany and Netherlands and Movenpick has “midterm plans” to bring it to MENA. • Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Al Azaiba Muscat will mark the chain’s first Oman property. It will contain 274 guest rooms and suites and 50 serviced apartments.
