WARWICK HOTELS AND RESORTS has launched Warwick Journeys loyalty programme for guests staying at properties in North America and Europe. Four tiers are available, the entry level ‘Enrollment’, ‘Purple’, ‘Gold’ and ‘Black’.

New members will receive free wifi during their first stay, and will move up to the Purple tier after completing their second stay, when they will benefit from free premium wifi.

Gold tier membership kicks in after a stay at two separate Warwick properties, or between four and 15 stays at one property. Benefits include guaranteed availability when booking up to 72 hours in advance on a member exclusive rate, as well as complimentary upgrades, a welcome drink for up to two people, late checkout up to 4pm, and a welcome amenity.

Warwick will be “considering” rolling out the programme in the Middle East and other regions, a spokesperson said.
