REHAM MUFLEH PROMOTED AT FCB

Business unit head becomes deputy general manager.

Horizon FCB has promoted REHAM MUFLEH to deputy general manager of Horizon FCB Dubai. After joining Horizon FCB as group account director, Mufleh moved up the ladder to head the agency’s business unit. She was instrumental in launching the Horizon FCB Magazine, boosting the agency’s morale and its image among international FCB offices.

Mazen Jawad said: “Reham is a real adwoman who possesses a strong business sense and passion for creativity with a great sense of purpose packaged in a humane motivator. Independent integrated communications agency iHC has appointed ALEXANDRA

WILLIAMS as managing director of its Dubai office. Having joined iHC as associate director in August 2016, after time at Grayling and Edelman DABO, Williams has been part of an impressive growth period, particularly within the construction, engineering and technical sectors.

She said: “I’m proud to take on this role, which I see as the very beginning of where we are taking this agency. Having been at iHC a relatively short period of time, the synergy was instant from joining and we have moved forward at an incredible rate.”

Amsterdam-based Nomads Agency welcomes RYAN

ATKINSON as creative director and head of design in its Dubai office, along with JOY YOUNES and NAYAAB RAIS as a creative director team. Atkinson joined in mid-February, and Younes and Rais joined in early January, winning the pitch for Dubizzle’s expanded automotive product offering in their first assignment.

Atkinson joins Nomads after a decade-long career in South Africa and Australia including stints at Frost Collective, M&C Saatchi’s Re and, most recently, ImpactBBDO. Younes and Rais previously held senior creative positions at FP7 Dubai, Impact BBDO and DDB Dubai.
