Dairy brand Rainbow has rolled out a new strategic communicat­ion initiative targeted at modern, progressiv­e home-makers across the GCC. These women look forward to their mid-morning break, after a flurry of activities in the morning. During this break they like to catch up with their close friends, and tea is an integral part of these catch-ups. Rainbow identified the opportunit­y to own 11am tea moments and created occasion-based communicat­ion, making 11am catch-up moments magical with Cardamom and Low Fat variants.
