Former Ogilvy One boss launches Hyper Island
Nabil Moutran, former regional director of Ogilvy One, has helped launch Hyper Island, a Swedish firm that brings transformation in businesses and empowers employees with new skills is now offering its executive business educational programmes and innovation strategies in the UAE and MENA region.
Global brands such as Volvo, CocaCola, Unilever, P&G, Microsoft, Dentsu, Ikea and Adidas have all used Hyper Island’s services.
“With nearly 20 years at Ogilvy I felt it was time for a change,” says Moutran. “I have developed a great deal in that time both as a professional and as a person, and felt the desire to put that growth and experience into practice in a different field.”
Moutran, who is the exclusive regional partner of Hyper Island, adds: “I’ve been a strong believer that empowering talent is key to achieving success in any business. Hence, with a keen interest in talent development, this new venture is a natural fit for me.

Hyper Island will look to introduce services in Arabic soon, and the master classes in Dubai are scheduled to be launched from July 2018. Hyper Island will also offer businesses tailormade solutions to support innovation in business
