Fresh off the heels of the latest Lakme Fashion Week, Numaish’s 22nd Festive Fair is bringing more than 20 A-list designers to the Godolphin Ballroom, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, from September 28-29. 20 of the biggest names in sustainabl­e fashion will be there including Yogesh Chaudhary’s Surendri which will bring a mélange of prints and drapes, Anavila Misra, and film director Karan Johar’s latest foray into jewellery with his brand Tyaani. The event will run from 11am to 8pm on both days and is free to enter.

4) Head To A night market To find local Activewear

On September 4 and 5, from 6pm until late, Tom&serg will be transformi­ng their Al Quoz cafe back into their popular Night Market. They’ll be hosting an impressive collection of vendors and serving up some of the tasty grub for which they’re famous. Local brands like The Ice Cream Shop UAE, serving delicious organic ice cream (vegan options included!) will sit alongside brands like Lorna Jane Activewear, which is stylish AND useful.

City Centre Deira is turning down the heat and bringing the outdoors inside with INDOORS – a retail and F&B pop-up concept featuring homegrown brands and street food experience­s. INDOORS is showcasing different homegrown brands every two weeks, 10am until 10pm on weekdays; 10am until midnight on weekends and entrance is free.
