1 AKSHAY, VIDYA AND NIMRAT SET TO FLY HIGH
We just heard this news that Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan and Nimrat Kaur will soon be working together in a movie that is based on astronauts and we cannot contain our excitement. This will be India’s first ever movie on astronauts. Bollywood trade magazine Super Cinema reports that the makers are looking to cast two major A-list actresses in the team as well. R Balki and Akshay Kumar will produce the film along with Viacom 18. The film be directed by Jagan Shakti who will make his directorial debut with this film. He has been an associate director in movies like Padman, Cheeni Kum etc. Akshay has already worked with Vidya and Nimrat in Bhool Bhulaiyaa and Airlift respectively.
2 SALMAN, PLEASE LEAVE PRIYANKA ALONE
Salman Khan is really mad at Priyanka Chopra and there is no full stop to his hate. It all started when Priyanka walked out of Bharat starring Salman a few days before the shoot was to begin, citing marriage as the reason. This made Salman upset and he definitely did not hide it. We think it is really childish of him to give out statements like – Priyanka called up Arpita 1,000 times, saying ‘I want to work with Salman’, she also called up the director and said – ‘See, if you can get me something in this film’. He also said, Not doing this had to be because of the wedding or because she doesn’t want to work with me anymore. It could also be because she doesn’t want to work in Bollywood or wants to work only in Hollywood. Whatever she wants to do, I wish her all the best in life.” We think it’s high time that Salman stop commenting on Priyanka altogether. Take a chill pill, Salman!
3 BREAK-UP IN THE AIR
It seems that Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon are not together anymore. Sushant broke up with his longtime girlfriend Ankita Lokhande once he started shooting for Raabta with Kriti. They were head over heels in love with each other. But it seems that the steam has fizzled out of their relationship and they are not together anymore. Apparently, they lost interest in each other after their film Raabta failed badly at the box office. They are not doing any project together right now. Sushant is busy with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath whereas Kriti is working on Housefull 4 while basking in the glory of the success of her last film Bareilly Ki Barfi.
4 PUBLICITY STUNT OR REAL BREAKUP?
Have they broken up or have they not? Is this just a publicity stunt for their upcoming film? Ever since rumours of the Disha Patani and Tiger Shroff break-up started spreading, we are not sure how authentic this news is. The Baaghi 2 stars never confirmed their relationship but were always cool being papped during their lunch or movie dates. Of late, Disha was also spotted mingling a lot with Tiger’s mother Ayesha and sister Krishna Shroff. Though it is being whispered that Tiger is getting close to his Student of the Year 2 co-star Tara Sutaria, our industry source insists that this rumour is circulating just to keep the buzz of Student of the Year 2 alive, till the movie releases next year.
