2. Method: 1. Mix to­gether beef, but­ter, flour, eggs, Worces­ter­shire sauce, salt and pep­per. Di­vide mix­ture into 8 por­tions then shape into pat­ties. Heat oil in heavy fry­ing pan and fry pat­ties un­til cooked. Mix to­gether may­on­naise and mus­tard. Spread on bot­tom half of each bun, place two pat­ties on each bun, then layer cheese, beef ba­con, toma­toes, onions, gherkins and a fried egg. Close burger and serve im­me­di­ately.
