2. Method: 1. Mix together beef, butter, flour, eggs, Worcesters­hire sauce, salt and pepper. Divide mixture into 8 portions then shape into patties. Heat oil in heavy frying pan and fry patties until cooked. Mix together mayonnaise and mustard. Spread on bottom half of each bun, place two patties on each bun, then layer cheese, beef bacon, tomatoes, onions, gherkins and a fried egg. Close burger and serve immediatel­y.
