In­gre­di­ents 2 tsp oil, plus ex­tra for shal­low fry­ing 1/2 tbsp chopped green chill­ies 2 tsp chopped ginger 1 cup crab meat 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp garam masala pow­der 1 tsp may­on­naise 1/2 tsp cumin pow­der 1 tbsp chopped co­rian­der 2 tbsp pome­gran­ate seeds fried flat noo­dles and mi­cro cress, to gar­nish if de­sired salt Method: 1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a fry­ing pan and sauté green chill­ies and ginger un­til soft. Set aside to cool. 2. Once cool, mix in crab meat, lemon juice, garam masala pow­der, may­on­naise, cumin pow­der and chopped co­rian­der. Sea­son and mix well. 3. Di­vide mix­ture into lime-size por­tions and stuff with a few pome­gran­ate seeds. 4. Shape into pat­ties and shal­low fry un­til golden brown on all sides. Serve hot and gar­nish with flat noo­dles and mi­cro cress if de­sired.
