Crab anari tikki

Ingredients 2 tsp oil, plus extra for shallow frying 1/2 tbsp chopped green chillies 2 tsp chopped ginger 1 cup crab meat 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp mayonnaise 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp chopped coriander 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds fried flat noodles and micro cress, to garnish if desired salt Method: 1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan and sauté green chillies and ginger until soft. Set aside to cool. 2. Once cool, mix in crab meat, lemon juice, garam masala powder, mayonnaise, cumin powder and chopped coriander. Season and mix well. 3. Divide mixture into lime-size portions and stuff with a few pomegranate seeds. 4. Shape into patties and shallow fry until golden brown on all sides. Serve hot and garnish with flat noodles and micro cress if desired.
