Sweet potato soup

Cook­ing time: 25 mins In­gre­di­ents 1/2 onion, chopped 1 leek, cleaned and chopped 1 cel­ery stalk, chopped 1 parsnip, peeled and chopped 3 sweet pota­toes, peeled and chopped 1.5 litres milk 1 veg­etable bouil­lon cube salt and pep­per sweet potato chips, to serve Method: 1. Sauté onion, leek and cel­ery un­til onion is translu­cent. 2. Add parsnip, sweet pota­toes, milk and veg­etable bouil­lon and cook un­til sweet potato is soft. Purée soup and sea­son. Add a lit­tle hot wa­ter if soup is too thick. Serve with sweet potato chips.
