3. 1 cup 1 tbsp 1 tsp Method: 1. To make dressing, mix together Parmesan, garlic, olive oil and salt. Toss together lettuce leaves, croutons and seasoning and drizzle with dressing. To make lassi, blend all ingredients together, sieve and refrigerate until cold. yogurt sugar salt
