3. 1 cup 1 tbsp 1 tsp Method: 1. To make dressing, mix together Parmesan, garlic, olive oil and salt. Toss together lettuce leaves, croutons and seasoning and drizzle with dressing. To make lassi, blend all ingredient­s together, sieve and refrigerat­e until cold. yogurt sugar salt
