Golden spiced roasted leg of lamb

lamb on a work surface and make slashes about 1 1/4cm (1/2 inch) deep all over it. 3Put
lamb on a rimmed baking sheet and spread spice paste all over, rubbing into meat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 4Preheat
oven to 180°C. Roast lamb for two hours and 30 minutes, adding some stock or water to tray and basting it from time to time. Roast until lamb is cooked.
lamb in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Slice thinly and serve with roasted vegetables.
