Don’t hesitate to meditate

Not just for gurus and monks, meditation is the modern must-have stress-buster, but stopping that endless ‘chatter’ in your head takes practice. What helps? At least 10 minutes a day, a quiet zone, and something to help you focus, like a flickering candle, your breathing or a mantra of your choice – try ‘I am calm and all is well’.
