Order a latte, sit by the window of your favourite café or restaurant and observe the people around you. A child giggling or blowing bubbles, a family enjoying a sunny day at the beach, someone stopping to smell the scent of flowers... they are such simple things yet can be incredibly grounding as people strive for peace in their minds.
