Mac and cheese (serves 1)

Ingredients 40g macaroni 2 beef bacon rashers, chopped 50ml cooking cream 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp grated mature Cheddar cheese Method 1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Strain and leave to cool. 2. In a frying pan sauté beef bacon. Add pasta, cooking cream and salt and cook gently until pasta is soft. 3. Add half Parmesan and all Cheddar. Stir gently until cheeses have melted and mixed into pasta. 4. Remove pasta from pan and garnish with remaining Parmesan. Leave to cool then pack in lunch box.
