Chicken and pineapple kebabs

Cooking time: 20 mins Ingredient­s 4 chicken breasts, skinned, deboned and cubed 4 tbsp honey 4 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp olive oil 1 pineapple, cut into chunks Method 1. Place chicken in plastic or glass bowl. To make marinade, mix together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil. Pour over chicken and chill for at least an hour. 2. Preheat oven to 220oC and grease a baking tray. 3. Thread alternatin­g pieces of chicken and pineapple on to short kebab sticks. 4. Roast for about 20 minutes until cooked, basting often with marinade. Remove from kebab sticks before serving to young children.
