Chicken and pineap­ple ke­babs

Cook­ing time: 20 mins In­gre­di­ents 4 chicken breasts, skinned, deboned and cubed 4 tbsp honey 4 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp olive oil 1 pineap­ple, cut into chunks Method 1. Place chicken in plas­tic or glass bowl. To make mari­nade, mix to­gether honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil. Pour over chicken and chill for at least an hour. 2. Pre­heat oven to 220oC and grease a bak­ing tray. 3. Thread al­ter­nat­ing pieces of chicken and pineap­ple on to short kebab sticks. 4. Roast for about 20 min­utes un­til cooked, bast­ing of­ten with mari­nade. Re­move from kebab sticks be­fore serv­ing to young chil­dren.
