Raspberry and yogurt smoothie

Prep time: 5 mins Ingredient­s 200g fresh or frozen raspberrie­s 6 tbsp natural yogurt 2 tsp clear honey 2 tbsp caster sugar 200ml milk Method 1. Place raspberrie­s in a blender or food processor and blitz until puréed. Sieve to remove seeds, if preferred. 2. Combine raspberrie­s with remaining ingredient­s in blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. 3. Pour into glasses and serve.
