Raspberry and yogurt smoothie

Prep time: 5 mins Ingredients 200g fresh or frozen raspberries 6 tbsp natural yogurt 2 tsp clear honey 2 tbsp caster sugar 200ml milk Method 1. Place raspberries in a blender or food processor and blitz until puréed. Sieve to remove seeds, if preferred. 2. Combine raspberries with remaining ingredients in blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. 3. Pour into glasses and serve.
