Rasp­berry and yo­gurt smoothie

Prep time: 5 mins In­gre­di­ents 200g fresh or frozen rasp­ber­ries 6 tbsp nat­u­ral yo­gurt 2 tsp clear honey 2 tbsp caster sugar 200ml milk Method 1. Place rasp­ber­ries in a blender or food pro­ces­sor and blitz un­til puréed. Sieve to re­move seeds, if pre­ferred. 2. Com­bine rasp­ber­ries with re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents in blender or food pro­ces­sor and blitz un­til smooth. 3. Pour into glasses and serve.
