We’ve always been big dim sum fans, but those little dumplings of deliciousness never seem to last long enough. Blue Jade, the new Pan Asian restaurant atThe RitzCarlton, Dubai, is offering a class to teach you how to create them yourself (so you can make as many as you want!), held by Vietnam-born Chef Ta Van. The class will take place on September 25 from 4pm to 7pm and costs Dh425 per person, including welcome tea ritual, tasting and a Blue Jade souvenir.
