How is 2014 shaping up?
It’s a busy year – after Dubai I’m off to the first Cake, Bake & Sweets Show that takes place in Sydney, Australia. Then back to the UK for the Cake & Bake Show in Manchester.
In between I’m working on ideas for a new book and a TV series. I’m also really pleased to be working with P&O Cruises. I’m being billed as a ‘food hero’, alongside chefs Marco Pierre White and Atul Kochhar, which is a huge compliment.
The new P&O cruise liner, Britannia, sets sail next year and will include a fantastic food emporium, the Market Café, which will feature the Eric Lanlard patisserie range. It’s almost going back to my roots, as I started my career as a patissier on board the Jeanne D’Arc, French Navy Ship at the age of 18!
