Seating capacity for Carnival Rowe’s three daily sessions – 12.30-3pm, 5.30-7.30pm and 8-10pm – is limited to a maximum of 50 diners at a time. Chef Rowe’s signature three-course menu costs Dh225 per person. The Dubai Food Carnival at Dubai Festival City is open from 10am to 11pm today and tomorrow, February 21 and 22.
