Eric Lanlard’s brand-new Cake-Boy Classics app contains everything needed to create a whole host of brilliant bakes. Brimming with tempting dishes and intuitive features, the app is split into six chapters with loads of recipes to try at home.

The app includes a handy alternative ingredient finder for those moments when the fridge is bare and the cupboards are looking empty. If an ingredient is missing, the app will select a suitable replacement from store-cupboard ingredients.

Those with plenty of ingredients but little inspiration can also use the app to point them in the right direction, with a recipe finder, which allows users to select the ingredients they have to hand.

The Cake-Boy Classics app is Dh26 and available on both Apple and Android handsets and tablets, and also Amazon Kindle.
