Bircher muesli

Prep time: 5 mins Soak­ing time: overnight Serves 4 200g rolled oats 200ml cold milk 80ml ap­ple juice 150g yo­gurt 1 large Granny Smith ap­ple, cored and finely grated 50g honey 60g raisins (op­tional) 1/2 tsp vanilla ex­tract Fresh berries of your choice

1 Soak the oats in a large mix­ing bowl with milk and ap­ple juice for a min­i­mum of 2 hours or overnight in the re­frig­er­a­tor.

2 When ready to serve, add the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents.
