Sticky chicken

Prep time: 5 mins Cook­ing time: 20 mins Serves 4

1 cup chut­ney (such as chilli and gin­ger or tomato) 1 chicken, cut into pieces

METHOD

1 Gen­tly warm chut­ney in a small pan.

2 Sea­son chicken with salt and pep­per and bar­be­cue over hot coals, turn­ing oc­ca­sion­ally and bast­ing with warm chut­ney. Cook for about 20 mins or un­til done. Serve with steamed rice and sautéed spinach.
