1 cup chutney (such as chilli and ginger or tomato) 1 chicken, cut into pieces
1 Gently warm chutney in a small pan.
2 Season chicken with salt and pepper and barbecue over hot coals, turning occasionally and basting with warm chutney. Cook for about 20 mins or until done. Serve with steamed rice and sautéed spinach.
