Sticky chicken

Prep time: 5 mins Cooking time: 20 mins Serves 4

1 cup chutney (such as chilli and ginger or tomato) 1 chicken, cut into pieces

METHOD

1 Gently warm chutney in a small pan.

2 Season chicken with salt and pepper and barbecue over hot coals, turning occasional­ly and basting with warm chutney. Cook for about 20 mins or until done. Serve with steamed rice and sautéed spinach.
