Honey and sesame sticky chicken wings

Prep time 15 mins Cook­ing time 1 hour 10 mins Makes 30 15 chicken wings 80ml honey 115g ketchup 2 tbsp caster sugar 2 tsp olive oil A mix of black and white sesame seeds, for sprin­kling 1 Pre­heat the oven to 180°C. 2 Use a sharp knife to cut each wing in half at the joint. Place in a large bowl. 3 Add the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents, ex­cept the sesame seeds. Toss to coat evenly. Sea­son with salt and pep­per. 4 Place in a large roast­ing tin in a sin­gle layer and roast for 1 hour and 10 min­utes or un­til golden brown and sticky. 5 Sprin­kle sesame seeds over the wings and serve im­me­di­ately.
