Honey and sesame sticky chicken wings
Prep time 15 mins Cooking time 1 hour 10 mins Makes 30 15 chicken wings 80ml honey 115g ketchup 2 tbsp caster sugar 2 tsp olive oil A mix of black and white sesame seeds, for sprinkling 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2 Use a sharp knife to cut each wing in half at the joint. Place in a large bowl. 3 Add the remaining ingredients, except the sesame seeds. Toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper. 4 Place in a large roasting tin in a single layer and roast for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden brown and sticky. 5 Sprinkle sesame seeds over the wings and serve immediately.
