Pre­sent­ing dishes that are syn­onyms for the month in the re­gion, chef Himanshu Saini and his fab­u­lous team give the con­cept of sit-down buf­fet din­ners a fresh take with a menu in­spired by tra­di­tional re­gional sta­ples.

Al­ready known for its molec­u­lar gas­tron­omy, Tresind has spruced up the menu with a spread of Ra­madan spe­cial dishes like tagines, cur­ries, roast lamb shank biryani, lamb ni­hari and roast duck.
