STARGAZING

Shelley von Strunckel, one of the world’s top astrologers, writes a weekly forecast for Friday

ARIES MAR 20 – APR 18

Obviously, you’d rather deal with plans once, then move on. But this week’s events are far too complex for such a forthright approach. Although you resist making halfway arrangements, the more flexible your plans are, the better advantage you can take of the week’s amazing offers.

TAURUS APR 19 – MAY 19

It’s not that you’ve been antisocial but, rather, you’ve been questioning elements of your life. Now events get you moving, and you’ll both enjoy and benefit from being out and about. Keep up the pace. You’ve lots of people to meet and ideas to hear about before the end of the month. Decisions will ideally wait until after that.

GEMINI MAY 20 – JUN 19

Changes in your way of living, working and financial life are in the air, but you’re unlikely to know enough to make decisions until after Jupiter’s spectacular alliance with Pluto on the 26th. For now, explore everything so you can move swiftly when it’s time to make commitments.

CANCER JUN 20 – JUL 21

Unsettling as the events reshaping your way of living and working may be, they’re in your best interests. With circumstances shifting nearly every day, ensure plans are tentative so you can rethink things. It will all come together, but probably not until early July’s pivotal Cancer New Moon.

LEO JUL 22 – AUG 21

With Venus, your ruler the Sun and, as of June 29, Mercury all positioned in the most strategic portion of your chart, you’re in a cycle of waiting and watching. Respond to offers, but keep your ideas to yourself. This prevents you making premature promises and allows you to shed restrictive plans.

VIRGO AUG 22 – SEP 21

While you can’t escape the need to make decisions, bear in mind this is a period of change, for you and others. So show interest where it’s merited but keep things flexible enough that you can respond to the many ideas coming your way this week. What’s good now will just get better.

LIBRA SEP 22 – OCT 21

There’s a growing planetary emphasis on decisions regarding elements of your existing life and future plans. Yet with intriguing ideas still appearing, you want to keep your options open. The trick is to show interest but stop short of committing. What’s good now will get better next week.

SCORPIO OCT 22 – NOV 20

Promising as the ideas coming your way are, they’re just the beginning of a period of exciting offers that climaxes with the bountiful Jupiter’s stunning link with your ruler Pluto, on the 26th. Knowing what’s best is yet to come, make it clear what interests you but continue to explore. Sidestep fixed commitments just yet.

SAGITTARIUS NOV 21 – DEC 20

You don’t mind new developments, so you’ll thrive on this week’s twists and turns. But others struggle with surprises and could try to slow the pace. Explain that, as it’s your life, decisions are up to you. Then proceed, remembering that you’ll only regret what you didn’t do.

CAPRICORN DEC 21 – JAN 19

Disruptive as both the changes you’ve decided to make and shake-ups in the world around you may be, these are timely. By midweek you recognise that what’s least expected could bring exactly what, and who, is needed, although not in the form you’ve anticipated.

AQUARIUS JAN 20 – FEB 18

For ages you’ve been clinging to certain familiar habits. By now, however, you’re beginning to realise the changes that once worried you are actually breakthroughs, if in disguise. Explore these. What you learn will reassure you that progress comes from venturing into the unknown.

PISCES FEB 19 – MAR 19

Talk of reorganising elements of your life has been going on for so long you’re now ignoring it. Don’t. The powerful planetary activity of June’s last 10 days is about doing things in a very new, and worthwhile, way. Once you begin making those changes, you’ll realise they’re exactly what’s needed.
