Two In­dian stand-up comics are set to tickle Dubai’s funny bone this week­end. Kanan Gill, fa­mous for his YouTube se­ries Pre­ten­tious Movie Re­views, will have his first solo show All Cor­rect Opin­ions at Duc­tac to­day. The show is first in the Laugh-a-thon se­ries that’s bring­ing a line-up of In­dian stand-up comics to Dubai. Turn mid­week frowns into laugh­ter when you catch a show­ing of Tony award-win­ning com­edy play Art by Yas­mina Reza at The Junc­tion, Alserkal Av­enue. Adapted and di­rected by Gau­tam Goenka, the play ex­plores what hap­pens to three friends when one of them pur­chases a piece of ‘art’ and it up­sets their 20-year-old friend­ship.
