ASIAN BEEF WRAP
Prep time 5 mins Cooking time 20 mins Serves 4 4 beef sausages 2 tbsp soy sauce, plus extra for dipping 50ml smooth peanut butter 4 flour tortilla wraps 2 carrots, peeled and julienned ½ cucumber, peel on, julienned Grill the sausages under a medium-hot grill or pan-fry until done. Cut lengthways into four or six pieces. Mix the soy sauce and peanut butter together and spread on the tortillas. Top each with a mix of carrots, cucumber and sausage strips. Roll the tortillas up tightly and cut in half. Serve with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
