Prep time 5 mins Cook­ing time 20 mins Serves 4 4 beef sausages 2 tbsp soy sauce, plus ex­tra for dip­ping 50ml smooth peanut but­ter 4 flour tor­tilla wraps 2 car­rots, peeled and juli­enned ½ cu­cum­ber, peel on, juli­enned Grill the sausages un­der a medium-hot grill or pan-fry un­til done. Cut length­ways into four or six pieces. Mix the soy sauce and peanut but­ter to­gether and spread on the tor­tillas. Top each with a mix of car­rots, cu­cum­ber and sausage strips. Roll the tor­tillas up tightly and cut in half. Serve with soy sauce on the side for dip­ping.
