Over the past five weeks, Wael has shown you five exercises – Sit Through, Pull Plank, Hollow Body Push Up, Tripod Vertical and Spinal Rock. Now, put them together in a workout known as Tabata. Each move is done with 20 seconds of activity, then 10 seconds of rest, for eight rounds. Once all rounds are done, rest for 60 seconds before starting the next exercise in the same way. Don’t forget: A warm-up and cool-down is essential.
