Over the past five weeks, Wael has shown you five ex­er­cises – Sit Through, Pull Plank, Hol­low Body Push Up, Tri­pod Ver­ti­cal and Spinal Rock. Now, put them to­gether in a work­out known as Ta­bata. Each move is done with 20 se­conds of ac­tiv­ity, then 10 se­conds of rest, for eight rounds. Once all rounds are done, rest for 60 se­conds be­fore start­ing the next ex­er­cise in the same way. Don’t for­get: A warm-up and cool-down is es­sen­tial.
