The mixed martial arts contest – part of the Palm Jumeirah hotel’s ‘experience series’ will see 20 MMA, boxing and kickboxing stars fight it out. The first bout will see Moroccan Nordin Ben Moh battle it out with Australian Odin Daniels, while French boxer Daniel Lentie will take on Turkish Gokhan Gedik. The free event provides bikes and helmets to participan­ts so they can gear up and ride through the Zayed Sports City Stadium. The 1.9km course is open to people of all ages and abilities, and will take riders on a loop through the stadium and along closed-off roads. The Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open (FBMLO) golf tournament swings into action from November 1-4 at the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, Abu Dhabi with 126 profession­al female golfers who’ve participat­ed in the Ladies European Tour – including the likes of American golfer Beth Allen, Cheyenne Woods (Tiger Woods’ niece), Georgia Hall and Melissa Reid (above).
