WAMMAN HOTEL

-

When you’re in Jordan next, you can check into the brand new W Hotel Amman and experience all of Jordan without leaving the comforts of the 280-room hotel. Located in the up-and-coming downtown neighbourhood of Abdali, the hotel’s design has been inspired by Jordanian history, Amman’s cityscape. The interior’s are a reinterpretation of Jordan’s most iconic tourist spots – Petra’s rock formations and Canyon Walk, and the Living Room (the brand’s take on the traditional lobby) features Bedouin weaving, locally designed pillows from the Jordan River Foundation (a charity for child safety), and art by Bahraini artist Jamal A. Rahim.

The hotel has 236 rooms and 44 suites, including four 1,710-square-feet WOW suites that have their own DJ decks and jacuzzis.

On the F&B front, international restaurant Mesh provides cuisine with a Levantine touch; Aura serves signature beverages and delicious bar bites; Enso is the hotel’s signature PanAsian restaurant and rooftop space, The WET Deck (pool deck) is a modern interpretation of the Roman theatre’s atrium; it will host parties, and musical performances.

The hotel has ample scope for RnR – there’s an AWAY Spa and a FIT gym that features 24/7 access to the newest Technogym equipment. The hotel has also set aside 780 square metres of space for meetings and events – this includes a stunning 629-square-metre Great Room and four fully equipped, stylish Strategy and Studio rooms. If you do have the time to get out and explore the rest of the stunning country W Amman offers the brand’s signature Whatever/Whenever concierge service, where the in-house local expert will guide you to the best destinations and experiences.
