ARemoval of appendix does not lead to weight gain. You should start with revising your diet and physical activity as that might be the main reason for flabby stomach. Below are a few tips you should follow:

✱ Take a teaspoon of Thriphala choornam with hot water, two hours after dinner.

✱ Include Garcinia (Malabar tamarind) and cinnamon in your diet. These are known to keep fat levels in check.

✱ Ayurveda herbs when combined with appropriate diet and exercise can help in fat reduction. A practitioner would be able to suggest the right preparations for you.

✱ Drinking warm water is a good remedy for getting a flat belly; drink water boiled with dried ginger.
