100 million meals campaign

100 Million Meals initiative will provide food parcels to families and people in need across 20 countries in the Middle East, Africa and Asia during Ramadan. The charity program is an extension to last year’s initiative that saw the distribution of 10 Million Meals across UAE.

Individuals and corporates from all over the world can donate and be a part of this noble cause. Any amount starting from Dh1 - the equivalent cost of ingredients needed to prepare a meal in the lowest-income communities in beneficiary countries including Uganda, Lebanon, Egypt, Sudan, Angola, Jordan and Pakistan - can be donated through the website www.100millionmeals.ae or through a bank transfer to Dubai Islamic Bank account with IBAN no.:AE080240001520977815201.

The ‘100 Million Meals’ campaign is organised by Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), in collaboration with the World Food Programme, Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment (MBRCH), regional network of food banks, and specialised humanitarian and charity institutions in beneficiary countries to ensure widespread distribution of food parcels to underserved homes and villages.

If you are based in the UAE, you can also make contributions through SMS (Etisalat and Du) by texting “Meal” to numbers listed on the website depending on the number of meals selected for donation.
