Yazan Mohamad Al Nasser
The Dubai International Financial Centre has appointed Yazan Mohamad Al Nasser as chief financial officer. Al Nasser plans to set new directives and formulate key financial controls and business processes as well as evaluate commercial and investment opportunities. He brings more than 30 years of international experience to the role in the fields of finance and audit. Prior to joining DIFC he was chief financial officer at Emaar, overseeing a wide portfolio including shopping malls and high-end entertainment venues.
Rajesh Pareek
UAE online travel agency Musafir.com has chosen Rajesh Pareek as its group chief executive officer. Pareek will lead the company’s expansion plans both regionally and globally. He will also direct the company’s strategies for business financing and investments. Previously Pareek served as the chief financial officer at Dubai International Financial Centre.
Talal Al Zain
The Abu Dhabi Financial Group and GFH Financial Group have together announced the appointment of Talal Al Zain as the chief executive officer of ADCorp. ADCorp was launched recently as the first Islamic financial institution at the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). At ADCorp, Al Zain will design strategies in the areas of corporate finance, wealth and asset management. He will also focus on new opportunities for clients and shareholders, create tailor-made products and services for ultra-highnet-worth clients and provide expertise in the areas of innovative Islamic banking products.
Bertrand Grabowski
Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. has selected Bertrand Grabowski as its senior strategic advisor. Prior to joining DAE Bertrand was a member of the board of directors of DVB heading the aviation and rail divisions. As an advisor he will play a lead role in shaping the company’s franchise and expanding the business. Previously Bertrand worked at Citibank and Bank Indosuez where he provided highly structured financing solution to clients in the transportation sector.
