The UAE energy firm won a judgement against the Kurdistan Regional Government at a tribunal in London, with the court ordering the KRG to pay $121m to the claimants. Dana Gas was part of a consortium that had its contractual rights in the matter confirmed by the London Court of International Arbitration in 2015 and was subsequently awarded $1.96bn for outstanding unpaid invoices.
