- Staff Report

Telecom operator du has enhanced its Smart and Emirati postpaid plans with benefits on data, minutes, device discounts and preferred numbers.

It offers customers four options — Dh150, Dh300, Dh600 and Dh1,000 — to choose from. In addition, customers can top this up by opting for enhanced benefits in the form of a premium bundle which comes with exclusive numbers with additional data.

“2015 is all about simplicity, the last thing we want our customer to worry about is a complicated mobile plan. Whether you have more international or national calling needs, or need more data, our Smart Plan is now more powerful than ever, tailored to suit individual needs while offering the best value for money,” said Fahad Al Hassawi, du’s Chief Commercial Officer.

If customers want to make a mix of both national and international calls as well as receive calls while abroad, they can benefit from Smart Plan as it offers flexible minutes, according to du.

Free calls

On the other hand, customers who make more national calls, will benefit from Emirati Plans which offer great benefits on national usage. Irrespective of the plan customers choose, Smart and Emirati Plans come with up to 20GB data, 2,500 flexible minutes (Smart Plan), 5,000 National Minutes (Emirati Plan) and free calls to up to three preferred numbers in addition to value add-ons such as exclusive mobile numbers and discounts on latest smartphones.

Customers can choose from many add-on offers — du premium bundles include exclusive Silver or Gold numbers and up to 15GB extra data with Smart Plan 300 and above with a 24 month-contract.
